You may place an order on our website by putting items in your cart (in the product listing, enter the quantity required and click on the “Add to Cart” button to add the items to the cart; you can see the contents of your basket in the left hand column) and can follow the checkout procedure. Credit and Debit Cards (Mastercard and Visa) are securely processed on our behalf by SagePay (no card details are stored by us). If you prefer, you can contact us by email, telephone or fax to discuss your order.

If any items on your order are temporarily out of stock we will contact you by email or telephone before your payment is finalised, to discuss your requirements.

We have a standard carriage charge of £4.95 (including VAT) for delivery to any UK mainland address, which is automatically added to your shopping cart. For deliveries outside UK mainland please contact us with your requirements for a specific quotation of any additional carriage costs we may need to charge.

We aim to despatch orders within 7 working days, by either Royal Mail or a carrier depending on the size and weight of the order. Normally parcels should arrive with you within 3 days of despatch. We will advise you by email when and how your order will be despatched.

Please advise us within 7 days of receipt if goods are received damaged or are not as ordered and we will make appropriate arrangements to replace or refund. Please do not return goods without prior authorisation from us. Orders may not be cancelled after we have advised you of the despatch date.

Prices shown include UK VAT where applicable (currently 20%). Prices may change without prior notice. We will advise you if prices ruling on the date of despatch vary significantly from the price shown on your order. Payments should be made in pounds sterling.

We will not pass your details to any third party, except for the purposes of processing your payment (as above) and organising delivery of your order.
